Payment Policy
- Customers are required to make payment in full before goods are packaged and posted back.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, card payments in-store, Paybylink, or bank transfer.
Return Postage Fees
- Customers are responsible for covering the return postage fees.
Packaging Requirements
- Customers must securely package the item for shipment, as the same packaging may be used for the return.
Repair Process
- Prior to any repair, the item description of the problem will be confirmed with the customer.
- No repair will commence without the explicit consent of the customer.
Quotation Confirmation
- Repair costs are subject to a confirmation quotation.
- Customers are obligated to confirm their consent to proceed with the repair at the quoted cost.
Return Postage Liability
- Even if the customer decides not to complete the repair at the quoted cost, they remain liable for the return postage fees.
